Day Care in Hakuba
English Daycare Service is offered everyday at Happo-one from December 11th to the end of the season. For young children that may not be ready for the slopes just yet or those kids just wanting to have fun day playing indoors and out, daycare service is available. While you take your time on the hill you can trust that your kids are having a great time playing games in the play area and warming up around the heaters inside when it gets a bit chilly.
Our friendly staff of daycare workers love kids and are trained in First-Aid. Kids will feel right at home whether it is making arts & crafts, playing games or exploring the snowy world around the facility. Please fill out our Emergency Information Sheet for your child prior to dropping them off, and if you would like your child to have a warm cocoa or something similar the daycare staff can look after money for you. Also feel free to leave any other snacks or drinks your child may need with your caregiver.
Supervised Lunch Session
We also offer a supervised lunch session on request for Children booked into Full-day Daycare. Lunch is prepared in our vegetarian cafe and the kids eat in our warmed rest area under the supervision of staff. The supervised lunch session lasts from 12:00 - 1:30 PM (the break between morning and afternoon) and the charge is 1,500 yen including lunch. Perfect if parents want to get away for the day and/or check out a different resort. We ask parents to please make their own way to our Ski School by 4:00 PM to meet their children.Times |
