Our Ski School at Hakuba Goryu offers group and private ski & snowboard lessons and private on-mountain guiding tours daily in Winter. Our sign-in desk is located on the 2nd floor (in Japan there is no ground floor, they start at 1) of Escal Plaza. Enter Escal, walk up the large flight of stairs, hang a right, walk past the rental shop and you will see us on the right together with the Japanese Ski & Snowboard Schools.

Please note that we do not offer a shuttle service for Goryu lessons, they run an excellent shuttle bus service and we ask our clients to utilise this (ask your hotel for more information regarding bus timetable). Hakuba Goryu can be conveniently accessed by shuttle bus from most parts of Central Hakuba; if you are not sure if this location will be convenient for you please check with your lodging or booking agent.

As with all our Winter lessons and tours, instructors are in high demand and we ask you to book in advance if possible to avoid disappointment.

Goryu Shuttle Details

Hakuba Goryu has an excellent shuttle bus service. The routes and times are available on their website...click here to link to Hakuba Goryu's access and shuttle information page. Though not listed fully, Hakuba Goryu's shuttle bus covers most of the major areas including Iimori, Misorano, Echoland, Wadano and Happo.
